Study in Finland through the lens of Finest Future delegation trips

Study in Finland isn’t always easy to access. But at Finest Future, we’re committed to helping students worldwide access high-quality education in Finland. One of the ways we achieve this is through our delegation trips, where we invite our partner agencies to experience Finland firsthand. These trips give agencies a deeper understanding of Finnish education and student life, helping us deliver authentic, trustworthy experiences to our customers no matter where they join our program.

10.12.2024: STEP Järvenpää – A window into Finnish education.

We kicked off our December delegation trip at STEP Järvenpää, where agencies got the chance to experience what it’s like to study in Finland. For new partners, this was an exciting introduction to the Finnish way of learning. They toured the school, met with teachers, and even got to see students in action.

For agencies with students already studying in Finland, this trip was an opportunity to reconnect. They met with their students, gathered testimonials, and even spoke directly with school staff. It’s these personal connections that build trust and ensure everyone—students, parents, schools, and agencies—feels supported.

The visit also gave our agencies a chance to:

  • Explore the school facilities.
  • Learn about the curriculum and extracurricular activities.
  • Understand how Finland creates a welcoming environment for international students.

These experiences help agencies share authentic stories with families, making it easier for students to imagine their own journey to study in Finland.

The trip continued at Lauttakylä High School in Huittinen, where agencies saw firsthand why Finland is one of the best places in the world to study and grow.

One thing that stood out was how consistent the quality of education is across all schools. Whether it’s a large school like Forssa High School or a smaller one in Punkalaidun, every school has excellent facilities, passionate teachers, and a supportive learning environment.

During the visit, agencies:

  • Joined classroom sessions to observe teaching methods.
  • Dined in the school cafeteria to experience everyday student life.
  • Collected feedback from students currently studying in Finland.

By sitting in lessons and dining at school cafeterias, our partners gained a glimpse into the everyday life of students in Finland.

13.12.2024: Networking in Tampere

The delegation trip concluded with a networking session at our Finest Future office in Tampere. This was an excellent opportunity for agencies to share feedback, strengthen connections, and discuss ideas for future collaboration.

The heart of this trip lies in fostering strong relationships with our partners. By working closely together, we ensure we can provide our customers the best opportunities to study in Finland.

Throughout the trip, we visited two vocational schools and five high schools, showcasing the diversity and inclusivity of Finland’s education system. By organizing trips during both summer and winter, our partners experience Finland in all its beauty, from vibrant summer days to the magical snowy landscapes of winter.
